Blended Health & Smoothie Bar

Forgot my lunch today so decided to stop into Blended. I was originally planning for a smoothie, but got talking with Sam, one of the very helpful co-owners, and went for a waffle bowl instead. It was SO good! I did the banana bread waffle bowl because I am gluten and dairy free. I topped mine with almond butter and fresh berries and WOW. Delicious, filling, and healthy. Will definitely be back!

Chalky tasting $12 smoothie, costs $.70 to add a handful of spinach. Made by minors.

Orgain protein powder is so so nasty. Smoothies should never taste powdery or chalky. I don’t blame the minors working- but management needs to get it together. Can’t be charging these prices and expect no one to complain!! Sorry.

Central street has gem after gem and this addition is disappointing. I miss the Starbucks and symphony cafe.~

Super tasty & healthy smoothies! I've had a few smoothies off their menu and they've all been delicious. Love this place and the staff is very friendly - definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience here! We were passing through town and decided to stop for lunch. Samantha was very friendly and explained how to order and customize exactly what I wanted. The waffle bowl was *chefs kiss*. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often!!

From my first visit I can say I was impressed by Blended. The smoothies were delicious, Sam was helpful, and she seemed to take an interest in getting to know her customers and helping them make selections. In subsequent visits, of which there have been many, this has held true. Both my wife and I look forward to visits to Blended. Other reviewers have stated that the cost is high, however the ingredients are top and more importantly healthy! Quality is worth paying for and you can tell after having a Blended smoothie that your body is thanking you! It would be wrong in my opinion to compare Blended to other smoothie places that may cost less, as they pump your smoothie full of syrups, sugars, and artificial flavoring. At Blended you get delicious food and smoothies using top ingredients, they taste delicious, and Sam makes you feel special greeting you by name and with a smile. We will continue to visit Blended and continue to spread the word about this local gem!
