We have stayed at Quality Inn O'Hare twice. This most recent time in April 2019 was an overall success with a couple comments. First, the bar is being remodeled yet we still had a good experience with the accommodations they made with temporary bar and tables to use during the remodel. It is nice to have food and drink as part of the hotel and be able to walk there from the room. The second item that was a bit of a challenge is the parking. All the spots were taken so the front desk said to park in non parking spots and leave car keys with the front desk so the car can be moved while we are away. This was not known when booking and uncomfortable. Thankfully driving around a couple times someone left a marked parking stall so we were able to not leave our keys with the desk. Our car was safe when we returned. We did not have to wait long for the shuttle on the front end or the back end of our trip. We would stay with Quality Inn O'Hare again and look forward to the bar/restaurant remodel being completed.
I liked to stay in this hotel. It is clean, close to the airport. The breakfast is simple. The parking lot is not good because there is not enough places to park.
Used this as a park and fly for an early flight. Good restaurant. Shuttle service was ready when we needed it, and prompt (less than 15 minute wait) when we returned. All staff were freindly, professional and helpful. Rooms are a little old, location near highway is somewhat noisy. Room was clean although I found an empty beer can behind the nightstand.
There are many reason for the low cost of this property.
Ones you reach the room, it’s nice, bit old but manageable and comfortable, but the main thing is reaching here.
If you are driving, you need to make a long U turn, then fight with yourself to find a parking spot (there are lots of park and fly people use this hotel, so parking is almost always full). If you are lucky and found a good parking spot then you need to be luck to get room on first floor, if not be ready to use Stairs as there are no elevators.
Other than that evening worked well.
