(January 28, 2019, 7:04 am)Comfort food and atmosphere. Pleasant staff and welcoming feel. Food is good its just some dishes are cooked a lil differently like one time salt and pepper shrimp was breaded and served with muliple veggies and next visit lighlt breaded with lesser veggies. But still great experience and would definitely recommend.

(July 11, 2018, 5:57 pm)Our family has been ordering from 168 Chinese for 16 years. We moved into the area from Chicago and had been customers of Golden River and Kowloon. We found 168 and have had a hard time finding better American-Chinese food.
(I have not asked if they prepare any authentic Chinese dishes. Still going to Chinatown for that).
We almost always order delivery/carry-out. They're accuracy is excellent. I can't remember ever having items missing. Food arrives when they say it will. They are extremely consistent.
The owners are great people. Polite and heart-warming.
