I stopped in here for breakfast with a couple of business partners in January 2019. I was able to walk to the restaurant from the Metra Park Ridge train station easily. There is also a parking garage underneath with lots of parking available. When I got there for breakfast around 8 AM on a Wednesday, the restaurant was almost completely empty and I was seated right away. The staff was courteous, patient, and very helpful when ordering. We ordered a variety of food after the breakfast menu and everything was good but not quite five stars. Coffee was excellent as well;they even leave a pot at the table. Restroom was clean. A nice spot to stop and eat.
This is a favorite weekend breakfast place for my husband and me. The atmosphere is cheerful, the staff is professional and friendly and the menu offers many options for most palates. My own favorites include an egg white scramble and an egg white omelette, which I have with a side of (included) fresh fruit in the hope that they will cancel out the wicked deliciousness of the also included side of pancakes. What can I tell you? It's the weekend!
One of the few places open on Christmas day. They have a very big menu with lots of options from traditional breakfast to many Mexican breakfast options.
The restaurant is very large and was able to accommodate our big party. There is also lots of parking options which makes getting here very easy. The fresh squeezed orange juice is one of the highlights of the menu. Also would recommend their crepes if you're into sweet breakfast.
The only thing that could be improved is the speed and attention of the servers. It may have just been a fluke, but we actually had to ask for water a few times and also utensils for all of our party.
