The Original Pancake House

Although small, and always has a wait on the weekends, this is a family favorite! My parents love the selections. My children love the train set that is in the middle of the restaurant. And with quality service almost every time, we come back regularly. Also, things that keep you wanting to come back are the little things: manager, takes care of me at the register and walk around to the other side. He had noticed my son eyeing the quarter vending machines (put in a quarter, get a little rubber ball, gum, candy, etc) he went in his own pocket, took out a quarter and gave it to my son.

This is our go to place for some delicious homemade breakfast comfort food! Their coffee is perfect, and breakfast is always on excellent! Amazing biscuits and gravy, they also have phenomenal corned beef and hash. Can’t leave out their baked Dutch apple pancakes either!! We will never stop going to this magical place. The owner is always happy and singing, very attentive to his surroundings, and I love that he makes sure the staff is on point! I’ve worked as a server, so it’s refreshing to see how he wants the staff to work as a team.

The food is always great, and they have special treats for the kids when you leave with the little quarter vending machines. They have given my children quarters every time we have gone, and my son like forward to it each time. Service is always top notch, and we had a fantastic experience with the waitress Casey who was great. We come back often.

Wonderful place!!! homely and very tasty. Large portions and very friendly staff. The daughter was delighted with the Christmas tree and the railway. Relevant prices. Will definitely be back here !!!:)))
