Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I love there wreck without the roast beef but add more ham and turkey for a substitution. Sometimes extra meat and the sugar cookie. The sugar cookie warmed up to me is one of the best desserts I've had. There Chicken and bacon grilled cheese sandwhich taste delicious and I ask for extra heat time. Family friendly bathroom for him and her very clean. Dine in and carry out.

love this potbelly! Food is good, line usually is usually pretty speedy and the staff is super friendly. I always go pretty late too and the service is just great ????????

The experience started out on a bad note BUT ... the manager more than turned it into a very positive one. We had had a long wait, we had been the only ones there at the time. Behind the counter the gentleman was on the phone. Two other employees where in the back. So , no service. Frustrated we where at the point of leaving.The gentleman was the manager who explained once the call was done that he was the only one at that particular day and time who could work the sandwiches first station area. Hence the long wait. He was very apologetic and to our surprise , lunch was on him. The sandwiches where made perfectly. Tasted perfect too. Definitely worth the wait and glad we stayed. This is one shop I am not only going to return to but go out of my way to do so

It's just okay. There are better locations than this one. Those that are on the line making your sandwich do a great job. Outside of that the place could use some work. The fountain drink area is a mess. The last few times I visited there was only knives. So no Forks or spoons which is what is needed most for having soup and salad. Having said that the soup was lukewarm. The cashier apologized for the wait and said she would bring it to my table and that never happened. I had to go get from another person behind counter then realize there were no spoons so then had to go ask for one. Also floor was littered with food under most tables.

Quick friendly service. One of the best Potbelly locations around. This place is always clean well-staffed and the food comes out as you would expect. Parking can be a bit tight but it's a free lot for the most part. Definitely recommend this for a quick bite
