Maggiano's Little Italy

Always a great meal. Love their dinners and lunch. I didn’t realize they also do brunch. Had a delicious brunch here too. Friendly staff and great food. Big portions too.

This place is always packed and the parking is always a bit hard to come by. The food is good enough (hey, I am Italian, so I can cook most of these dishes pretty well myself). It is a convenient place to meet up with others who might be coming from Chicago or different directions. I go here often for events that are held downstairs in the event rooms.

So I'm rating this five stars purely because of the customer service from the assistant manager Adam Butalewicz. So I went to dinner with my family we ordered food . My dish came back and it did not taste great so I asked for a different dish . Now by this time my family already was eating and by the time my dish came out I knew they would be done . Granted I was not really upset . I was tired and wasn't really expecting anything I just wanted my dinner to take home . Maggiano's quote "our passion is making people feel special" and Adam did just that . I was getting a little annoyed because our waiter seemed to have attitude and no I'm not going to say names of the waiter because I understand it was busy and it was probably a long night so I get it . Adam though came to our table without us even asking to speak to him or anything he came, he fixed the dish brought me back something that tasted delicious and he was sincere and respectful . He listened when I explained why I sent the food back and was very understanding and amazing . My family and I (who didn't really get to eat much of my food because of the fact when the new dish came out everyone was done) we all though left satisfied. Mainly because of Adam. This is the best customer service I have experienced at a restaurant. He handled the situation gracefully and respectfully. I also watched him bounce from other tables and I was happy to see someone interact with the guests the way he did . He was sincere. For this experience alone I will definitely come back to maggianos

Had an amazing friendly meal here. The food was perfectly seasoned and very tasty and hot and properly cooked the steak. Service was great and done properly. Not too much attention nor were we looking for the server ever . We will certainly be back.

Second year in a row, dining at Maggiano's for Thanksgiving. Second year in a row, they did not disappoint!

They served my family of 11 as well as many other families courteously and quickly.

The food was almost perfect, Turkey, potatoes, ham, pasta were all great! The butternut squash ravioli....not so much, not worth losing a star over.

Our servers were exceptional and kept the food coming.
Well worth 50 bucks a person for great food and take home left overs! Plus no cleaning, or stress of having everyone at your house.
