Hadn't been here in years and I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was good and plentiful, and reasonably priced. There were some new options for me to try out next time, but I went with the typical chicken mean this time around. Counter service was very fast and the staff was friendly. Seating was easy to get and the restaurant was nice and quiet.
Great job Boston Market for turning this location around back in to a pleasurable experience! The prior staff was disrespectful, non-caring and partying every time we came in. Your new manager, Jane Ahn has really had a huge impact! Beatrice is also amazingly warm and kind. This duo really cares about you. Now when we walk in we are greeted with smiles and conversation! The food is more appealing, the selection is always full, fresh and warm. Love the new menu items as well! Now please do something with the Skokie location!
Good chicken sandwichesand very good soup. The prices are reasonable so its okay to take the entire family there. I am sure that you will not be disappointed.
Good food, fair price, the manager is personable. Convenient for any catering. On line ordering was easy, websites is user friendly. The staff are friendly.
I rarely go here during the year. I'm a single male, never married. I decided I would try and host Thanksgiving for the first time in my life, and take the burden off the shoulders of my 87 year old mother.
And, I don't cook. I decided to go with Boston Market. I had heard stories about other people hosting, and delegating the cooking to Boston Market. Let's be clear: COOKING is NOT the same as RE-HEATING.
I hit the store on Wed, expecting to pre-pay, and come back Thursday morning. The staff was very helpful, so I got my to-go box on Wed, saving me from long lines on the Thursday holiday.
The re-heating instructions are pretty clear. I just taped them to the cabinet door close to the Oven and Microwave, so I had an easy reference. It is a little bit of juggling, taking four side dishes, and doing at least 2 microwave cycles per dish, one at a time, and keeping track.
It worked out very well. My guests were pleased with the food. My Mom was especially grateful for me taking over the task.
I think I will use these guys next year, unless I marry someone who wants to cook. And, now that I have the hang of it, I might even try and host one or two servicemen from the Great Lakes Naval Training center next year.
