Wildfire Glenview

The food was great. They had no problems with making changes to a menu item when asked. Even though it was very busy when we went, the server made sure to come by multiple times to make sure we were fine and didn't need anything else. I never had to ask for more water (seems to be a growing problem for other restaurants), and the experience was, overall, a good one.

We have been going to the Wildfire located in Glenview since day one. Jill the manager Is the best along with her amazing staff. Food is great and all is consistent. Keep up the great work!

We had a table with over 10 people and I understand that can cause challenges for a kitchen, but our dinner took 3 1/2 hours which seemed excessive. It took us quite a while to figure out who our server was. Drinks took a long time to be delivered. I ordered an old fashioned. That was a mistake. Would have been better having a beer or glass of wine. The mushroom topped pork chops are delicious. I'd recommend that dish over the steaks. The crispy calamari is also good. I would suggest having a manager circle to all the tables to check on people. We'll certainly be back, but I hope their service improves.

The food here is fabulous. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it can be quite noisy because of the crowd. The place is wildly popular, because the food is out of this world, so it gets pretty busy and noisy. A quieter time to go is on weekdays between 2 and 4. Miss both the lunch and dinner crowds.

Upscale restaurant-really nice seating and decor. Service was great. As always, I wish there were more vegetarian options. The black bean burger was ok, a bit bland. Could have done with some more spice. Less ice in the cocktails ????
