Good coffee but employees need knowledge about different coffee blends. Not up to Starbucks standards

I absolutely adored the sparkling displays of customer service, barista etiquette, and down to earth energy from this location. (Especially the drive-thru cashier with the green plaid face mask)

This is one of my favorite Starbucks stores! During this difficult time, they are picking up the extra work for the area stores that have closed. Even though the lines have been long, they are always pleasant and are working as fast as they can, especially the morning shift!
The remodel is beautiful and I can’t wait to sit inside again!

I have to put this out there-this location has stepped up BIG TIME during this whole ordeal. There are literally 4 sbux within 5-10 min of my job (which is considered essential right now) - ALL CLOSED. This is the the only location open and they are cranking out coffee like crazy! Not only that they have a positive attitude, they are following the guidelines (whether they agree or not with them) they are following them and keeping essential workers going! The drive thru has to be 20+ cars long DAILY, ALL DAY, and they handle the mobile orders seamlessly! I order via the app on my phone it takes me 15 min to get there I get out walk to the waiting area outside give them my name and out comes my drink. ❤️ so I applaud them! ?? This location is picking up the load of 3 other locations so the demand is triple what it normally would be!

I know not everyone is an sbux fan and has their opinions, but this review is for the local staff at this particular location-not the product or company itself.
