“Seungyeon is the nicest lady you will ever have take your order and deliver your food. She took my order at 15 minutes till close, and it is a blizzard outside right now. She was also the one who delivered the order, so I can only assume they must be short-staffed right now. So she drove through the blizzard and then brought the food all the way up to our 3rd floor apartment. She brought the food in a box which was nice, and told me to go have a seat while I signed the receipt. My mental math on the spot is always bad, and upon calculating realized I only gave her only slightly under 20% tip, when I really should have gave much more. I hope you know what a good employee you have in Seungyeon. Such a pleasant person and went above and beyond for her customers. Thank you!!”

“I can see many people who placed online orders tonight are complaining about the wait. My husband and I placed our carry out order in person and waited patiently for an hour. I used to be an assistant manager of 2 restaurants so I guess I am more understanding of this situation. Only 1 person was trained to make pizzas She was busting her butt trying to keep up and the team was very apologetic about the wait. Before you write negative comments, live in their shoes. Our food was delicious and hot and for a reasonable price”
