I was there last night, Sunday Feb.10 celebrating my birthday with family. We were a group of 9 and the server was a young lady. I realized she was new to waiting tables and appeared somewhat overwhelmed. I also noticed she had another table of 6 at the same time. We were patient even though the timing was off in giving salad plates that some ordered for the meal before the other meals were ready, no big deal. When we asked for her, another waitress came over, it was a little confusing by that time. The food was fine as usual, we had a great time. I began to feel sorry for our waitress, because she was trying very hard, was pleasant when I noticed the table of 6 after speaking to her requested to see the manager. The discussion with manager was brief, I assume the patrons needs were satisfied. Perhaps having to handle two large tables was a bit too much too for I assume a new hire. Unfortunately, seems to me people are less patient and certainly more demanding. I was in patient service in my carrier, I understand how tough it is. We like Claim Company, come there often and this incident will in no way deter us. I hope the young lady succeeds and is not deterred.

Ordered the Aztec chicken which I enjoyed. The serving could be bigger though. However, I'd like to see more of those dishes in American chains and restaurants; a healthy meal with chicken that's not for and forms a balanced meal.
Other options looked good too, will come back in the future

They seated our party of twenty at two separate tables which made talking difficult. Also although my burger was good my husband's veggie sandwich was tasteless. Their potato chips are really good. Oh, and the service was excellent!
