Amazing food. Great staff. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. The potato pancakes and calamari are a good way to start your meal. The sausage plate is one of my favorites. You can choose 2 different sausages. Knackwurst and bratwurst are what I usually order, though they also have thuringer. German fries are a go to side. Their German chocolate cake is for 2 people and shouldn't be eaten by only one person. The black forest cake is perfect if you want something less decadent but still sweet.

Absolutely the best German/Austrian restaurant in Chicago and surrounding areas. the staff treats you like family and the food and atmosphere is authentic!!!!!!! I love it here and dawn is amazing!!!! If your looking for a fun great tasting german restaurant look no further

We had post-funeral/burial luncheons for both parents and food and staff is great! Now we take my 90 y/o father-in-law there for a great time while still kicking! Huge portions! Love it!

We LOVE this restaurant! Very authentic German food and a GREAT staff to serve the meal. We went to their New Year's celebration with a 5 course meal. Each one was better than the last one. We stop in on the weekends for a couple of beers and appetizers, try the new Trio Sliders! AWESOME! See you there soon!

Wow this place is amazing! I recently moved back into the area and have been interested in trying this place. This place is so warm and welcoming and all of the wonderfull people make you feel like you have been with friends you have known forever! The food is amazing and I am so excited to go back and try more items on the menu. I tried a few different apps off the menu and I felt like I was eating my families old cooking from Germany! I can’t wait to come back and enjoy this wonderful place even more !
