My Food was fresh. FAST Service. Little to No Waiting Time. Very Friendly Staff!

I dined in and I've gotta say, I got some of the best service I've ever received at any restaurant. The food was pretty good, as it is at any Popeyes, but the manager, Maria, went way above and beyond. She helped me save some money and get exactly what I was looking for.

The chicken is too crunchy for fried chicken wings; I had to remove the outside covering and eat it with sauce.

Regarding Service, the person taking the order is inexperienced or new to the cash register, and we had to repeat the order more than three times, and at the end, he said that you are changing your order multiple times. We realized that he was given training only to press basic options, and if he needs to add options, he has no idea how to do that.

Suggestion to management: If you want to grow your business, then you need to have experienced people to take orders.

I put in My catering order into the wrong restaurant as there are two locations on Algonquin Rd. Julio, Maria, Mike, and Aiden along with the entire 11am staff on Father’s Day, got the order ready within 15 min. They were professional, sweet, and speedy. Can’t thank them enough. Also, thank you to the Mount Prospect location for being so understanding with my mistake.
