Chicago's Chicken Shack Broadview

Great place for a snack or dinner! Chicken wings, catfish, shrimp, fries(not plain old tasteless fries, these are yummy), special made desserts in house like banana pudding, cobbler, krazy grapes that are like a taffy apple, specialty lemonade (with hibiscus, strawberries or lavender!). The mild sauce (not like hot medium or mild salsa but a Chicago special sauce) is awesome and I recommend the lemon pepper as well. Chicken is seasoned deliciously all by itself, so no need for sauce but it's a great addition. I got the 4 wings dinner all around for about $7 and it filled me up, great deal, good food, friendly service, can't go wrong! Come and support a local veteran when you eat here!

Chicken was overly good to the point that I went Thursday and am waiting for them to open today so that I can get more! Only thing I wish is they had more kinds of sides.... my family from the south so I feel like chicken should be eaten with spaghetti or Mac lol

Trevor and his team is so awesome with great customer service! Whenever you call or come in to place a order they’re always polite and patient. No matter the amount of money they’re asking, I’ll never have a problem paying. The Chicken IS GREAATTTTTT but the fries can be better. They care about their customers and quality of the food. It’s worth every penny. Very humble and appreciative team. Pray that this business continues to thrive. Trevor & his team are more than deserving.

I have been following Chicago Chicken Shack on Social Media for quite sometime now. I finally made the hour commute to go try them out and I’m so glad I did. Let me start off by saying I am a big time foodie and always looking at new spots to eat. Fried chicken is one of favorite foods as well. You can tell the wings were cooked fresh and perfect, they were very moist and had the perfect amount of sauce and seasoning. I ordered 2 10 piece dinners for me and my wife because I’m used to some other spots where the wings are small, but this was not the case with Chicago Chicken Shack. The wings were so large that me and my wife only made it through one order. They were very generous with fries which were also great. The piece of bread was fresh and also came with a side of coleslaw which was perfect. I have been to probably every chicken spot in the city and you can definitely TASTE THE DIFFERENCE HERE! Unlike other chicken establishments, the young lady who helped me was very polite and professional. She thanked me for my business and I point this out because unfortunately that’s not the case with other chicken places I have been to. Now I’m hoping that they bring one out south!
