“First time here with the family. Clean, nice atmosphere, good portions, good food and service. Kids loved their specialty Pancakes, which were huge! (cookies & cream pancake , and cupcake pancake.) Hubby & I had the avocado bacon omelette and I had the carrot, orange and ginger drink. I did think the juice should’ve been bigger since it was $6. But overall good experience and will be back per kids request.”

“Delicious taquitos! good walking food and the potato taquito was an excellent vegetarian option. Will be back 100% Update - going back was an extreme disappointment. Felt like a completely different restaurant. I ordered the potato taquitos and was given 4 oily hard fried tortillas rolled up with barely any filling. Also ordered some fries that were around $10. The fries never came and I was too disappointed by the taquitos to ask the staff to bring me what I paid for. The place had potential but after my last experience I won’t be coming back.”

“My wife and I stopped in for a small bite to eat, and got more than we expected! The small plate of rice and beans with the jerk chicken and cabbage has got to be the best thing I've ate all month. The chicken was juicy, the rice was fluffy,and the cabbage was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of heat. “Dined in at Vari today. I was pleasantly greeted. Host (didn’t get her name) was very patient as I reviewed the menu and was undecided as there were so many great choices. Decided on fried pork chops dinner. I had 3 sides - greens, spaghetti, and Mac and cheese. Everything was hot and fresh. I topped it off with a large cup of kook-aid. (Even took a cup to go). Friendly atmosphere. I will definitely come back. The drive from Oswego was worth it.”

“This location was GREAT! They ran out of mozzarella sticks and my son was sad. Started to cry. The manager gave him a free ice cream to cheer him up! The portions was awesome as well! They just opened, new management (i heard) and we are the only diners around (Monday afternoon) Service is good, the gentleman is really attentive and made sure we have everything that we need. “If you stopped to read this review because you saw that sad looking cesar salad and thought it looked out of place, let me tell you this was served to the table. This was a split salad for two so there was another plate as well. However, that salad has no business being served here based on how good the pasta is. That is a salad you would get at a diner. If we hadn't put the pasta order in at the same time, my girlfriend said she probably would have closed the ticket. She was adamant it was a sign of the quality of the rest of the food on the menu. I don't disagree. Now this place absolutely redeemed themselves with the pasta. The sauces were fantastic. I really enjoyed the rigatoni and based on that dish alone, I will be back, but without ordering a salad.”

“Wow! Tried Kingston for the first time and it was incredible. Ordered the oxtail dinner with rice and peas with plantains which was outstanding. Ordered jerk tips but they ran out, restaurant called to notify, swapped to jerk chicken and I'm glad the mishap happened!
