Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The cashier was not friendly. She offered no recommendations. When I asked her about sauces and the size of drinks, she waves her hand like Vanna White showcasing letters and numbers, not cool. She got my order wrong when I clearly said Misty Freeze. So, I double check as I leave, thinking maybe this restaurant doesn't carry it...wrong, they do. But what they don't have for sure is mobile ordering, points scanning, and clean tables. I'm hoping that my drive-thru experience in the future will be better because, I don't need dryness with my food. However, kudos to the young lady bringing out orders, perhaps she should be on the register. At least, I would get a smile to go with my side of fries.

*Edited Review 10/18/19 I gave you all another chance that same day thinking it was me, but nope. I ordered a royal peanut butter brownie treat. Ice cream melting, no peanut butter core center or anything. If you turned the ice cream over, you'd better have a dog on standby. And yes, I do mean to sound harsh because, I expect better from DQ, just like that...

Pleasantly surprised by the service! It JUST opened a few days ago and even though the drive thru is packed they get your orders correct and make everything fast! Everyone was really nice with a positive attitude which made me really want to come back to this location. Seriously, I've never gone to a DQ and gotten my order done so quickly! Definitely blown away! ????????

Went for friends and family day for the employees over the weekend. The burger was great, and the blizzard was perfect! Went back today and tried the glazed chicken tender basket over my break at work, and it was really good. Both times the staff was friendly and really doing a great job handling the huge crowds. This is going to be a new favorite lunch spot!

So far, so good. Just went here for the very first time today. The food was very delicious, too. Will definitely be coming back.
