Starbucks

I normally don’t write reviews but I had such great service in the drive thru this morning! I was very overwhelmed (as I had my dog in the car) and Andrew (I believe that was his name) took the time to greet my dog, ask his name, and give me a cup full of whipped creme for him. My dog immediately calmed down and sat nicely eating his treat. Great service!!! Good job, Andrew!!

There are so great people working here. Some of them know what I’m going to drink before I even order. They are the young ones they are fun and make it enjoyable. On the other hand there is this lady she is the worst in customer service not sure how she still in the front line. When she isn’t kind at least to me. If I go I and I see her. My first tough is to leave and drive to the next Starbucks. The worst part is the she isn’t familiar with the start. Especially when you have more then enough to get a free item. She still question me that I need to have at least 150 back then I’m pretty sure I had more then 600. I’m pretty sure that if she wasn’t working in this location it would be the best place is always clean and really friendly with the exception of the one lady.
