La Cecina Restaurant 2

Love this Mexican restaurant, it is truly authentic. The only complain is that a a couple of my friends ordered soup and it was not as good as the first time. I tasted one of the soups myself and it tasted a little too salty. They need to be more consistent but their large drinks are pretty generous.

Excellent authentic Mexican food and drinks. Wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Lunch specials Monday through Friday.

Ate here on a Sunday with my family and we requested a big table. Got a table but stood there for 10minutes waiting on the table to be cleared. Finally got it cleared and cleaned.. ordered and got drinks appetizer came out pretty quickly. It took a while for our food to come out and the family that came before us left because there order took long coming out. I ordered my short ribs medium rare and got it well done. We all tried the different dishes we ordered and the food was good. The service was ok.. I think the eating experience here would be different on a week day

Got breaded steak dinner. Steak was very tender and was thicker than many other restaurants. French fries were thin and crispy very good. They gave me fresh hand made tortillas. Beans and rice were ok and the salsa needed salt. Family restaurant over all it was good and economical. Will go back to try other food for sure.... Went back recently best Mexican dish I've ever had. 5 stars for the food. Thick cut of skirt steak, very tender, perfectly seasoned,and clean cut. Very delicious.

The food is great! Service is awesome and the friendly. My family goes very often and always has a great time. On a rainy day we would even go. You will not regret going to this awesome place!
