“I had food catered. I bought the macaroni, pot roast, dressing, and greens. The greens were really good. The macaroni is not a favorite. Taste like it was made with american single cheese. The dressing needs to be cooked more. Once i put it back in the oven it'll taste better. The pot roast has flavor but needs to be a little more tender. Overall i give the food a 6/10. The customer service was good.”

“The Turkey burger was super delicious but selling a burger alacarte without fries at that price points is just crazy. The Hennessy wings weren’t fresh and cooked to order.. maybe they cooked them earlier in the day and then added the sauce. Although they were good they weren’t cook to order. This place deserves a second chance so I’ll stop back in at least for the turkey burger”

The owner is very warm and welcoming, all of the food is made from scratch and with LOVE! Come and see for yourself! I had the vegetarian chili and the first bite was instant nostalgia! It brought back memories of coming home on a cold, rainy autumn day to a comforting bowl of homemade chili and board games with my family. Yes, it was THAT GOOD! Beyond the amazing chili, I also ordered the fried plantain and hands down it was the best that I have ever had from any restaurant in my life! The combination of the crispiness of the plantain and the crunchiness of the cashews drizzled with honey was phenomenal and bursting with flavor! My taste buds were so happy! “I usually don't leave any type of reviews unless I am personally moved by the establishments. But this little restaurant just personifies the current aged and melancholy sense of the American Dream. People work very hard in order to flourish here in the states. And often times are given the short end of the stick all while still pushing on and doing their very best with what they have. Long story short. We ordered online through a third party and the restaurant had no capability of retrieving the order because they no longer did business with them. They struggled to get anyone in contact who could help so they decided to do the honorable thing and took it upon themselves to cater to our personnel at my workplace to make sure we got what we had paid for even if that meant it came with a potential loss. The employees are kind, thoughtful, and evidently very hard working. Always bustling through, doing whatever they could to help the kitchen. The kitchen staff worked as the heart of this place to fly out orders as soon as possible. You can TELL these hardworking people have a passion in what they do. That it matters to them. I truly hope that they are able to get this issue resolved because otherwise they were a pleasure to do business with. The food was also very and I mean VERY delicious. Give it a try, you will be in good and very capable hands.”
