Denny's

My Daughter and I had breakfast at Denny's this morning ( Feb 22, 2019)
Our witness name was Janet.
She was so nice, kind and had taken care of us very well.
I ordered a Skillet breakfast and my Daughter ordered a Grand Slam Slugger if I got it right. My Daughter suggested that I would enjoy having my eggs like a omelet, so I told her okay.
At first our waitress Janet and I was confused, then we understood what my Daughter was explaining.
Anyway Janet checked on us frequently without interrupting us. She was the only waitress that I've seen going from table to table ( smokin) taking orders so fast left and right.
I told her" I putting in a compliment to your Supervisor about you and she said go right ahead lol.
The Supervisor thanked me, at first he thought I had a complaint about Janet.
I almost cried in front of the customers because she the first waitress that I really felt comfortable with.
Janet helped us and suggested items, she really cares about her customers.
Thank you so much Janet and we'll be returning and asking for Janet.

I was served a dirty coffee mug by my first waitress and neglected once I moved away from the doorway where it was very chilly. Service is slower on weekends but I was completely forgotten until my new waitress Nicole helped me. She was very nice and helpful and exactly how a good waitress should be. She wasn't informed by the last waitress that we were moved away from the door and she still picked up signs of us being neglected and took over. She was helping everyone in her section and the other waitresses didn't seem as attentive or helpful as she was. Thank you Nicole!

It took too long, in my opinion to get my food (17 minutes). I hadn’t been to Denny’s in over 30 years. That’s why. However, the skillet was tasty. That was my main reason for the 3 star rating. I won’t be going back.

My experience was Great. Service was quick and accurate. Food was hot, it took about 10minutes for us to get our food. Beverages was good as well. Server had good customer service.
