Food wasn't as good as it has been in the past. Prices have gone up and quantity down. Do not order over the phone for pickup. They won't get it right. You will be better off going inside. And of course that takes even longer. I think it's because the menu is to extensive for your staff. After all young people aren't as smart as you would think.

I only gave 3 stars because on Christmas the prices of single meals were $12.99 vs the $8.99 that is advertised on their site. We didn’t cook so I went online to find the best deal to eat and if any restaurant was open. I thought this was it but it wasn’t.. spent almost $30 on two plates... my friend said he didn’t like the chicken and you know black people love chicken.. but, don’t let this deter you, i was told because it was the holiday that the prices changed. I’ll prolly try them in the future on a non holiday

I absolutely love Boston Market! their chicken especially the dark meat is so soft and tender it falls right off the bone. I always order I have chicken and get it with that super delicious creamy spinach and the best macaroni and cheese on Earth. of course I also have to get the lemonade and maybe some pecan pie. I highly recommend this place. If I could I would definitely give them 10 Stars.
