Harold's Chicken of Homewood

Great place - established, not pretentious, old School chicken and cat fish. It’s always busy because it’s worthy. Great food and service!

The food was good but the cashier was a bit rude. I will not let that stop me from coming back but I thought I'd share that. Also I am a hard worker and dedicated. I like to lead by example if you are trying to improve your business and looking for a confident honest punctual worker I am available.

I just placed an order, the order was wrong. I told the young lady the order is wrong, she is arguing with me back and forward about this order. I finally get the order home and it is drenched in hot sauce I will never go back horrible customer service horrible........

I am happy to say the owner just called and was very professional. I believe I will not have that issue again. Thank you for appreciating your customers .

When I walked into the store the smell of the chicken frying brought back the memories of how Harolds chicken used to smell originally when I was a little girl. Everything was perfect!!! seasoned well and crispy. Will definitely be back.

This is probably the most professional and tasty Harold’s in the south suburbs that is. They are pretty quick even when they are busy. I love the mushrooms and their fries. Before I went back vegan I obsessed over their chicken and their perch. They are decent just hate that they like all Chicago restaurants charge extra for extra sauces.
