Round the Clock Lansing

Food was good. Service was friendly. But....it was cold in there. Like the heat had been turned off. Hopefully the next visit will be different.

First time ever trying their food and I loved it ♥️.. I ordered the works and got it delivered through Uber eats, hash browns were a little too crunchy but the French toast was amazing

I have had surprisingly great visits during the week. Literally everyday Monday - Friday was great from delicious food, that was prepared to perfection. To friendly servers, quick serice, polite customers, entry and exits with ease, so many wonderful things to make me smile. I told everyone i spoke to about this place. Oh and the prices are very affordable. Great place for anyone on a budget!
Any other day i would rate this place with. 10 Stars.
Sadly, this Saturday's experience was pretty close to disgusting and by far the most upsetting. Bathrooms wreaked i literally puked and i waited almost 1 hour for drinks and never got my food. I was so upset to the point we just left. But the manager was very apologetic and gifted me with a gift card for my inconvenience. 3 stars based on a 6 consecutive day experience at this location.

They lack great customer service but the kids that work there really try to do a great job I think it has everything to do with poor training instead of placing my plate on the table the server handed me my plate he didn't bring napkins to the table when he gave the sampler he didn't bring saucers he didn't remove any of the dishes that we were no longer using but he was so nice and friendly so we couldn't complain we left a tip because he put forth a lot effort to make sure we were satisfied if management would take the time out to train their staff properly that place would do so much better but the staff definitely gets an A for effort
