Dunkin' Donuts

Great beverages as usual and friendly staff!

I went to this Dunkin thinking it would be just a normal, run of the mill Dunkin. However, my expectations were completely subverted in the best possible way.

The experience beings when pulling into the parking lot after navigating your way through the ever exciting South Holland road system. The pavement in the parking lot, while a little rough, gives the Dunkin a charm and character you do not see at similar coffee and donut shops.

When you enter this fine establishment, you are hit with the refreshing aroma of the built in Baskin Robbins that is conveniently attached to the restaurant. The ordering process is simple, yet effective. You walk up to the counter and inform the helpful attendant what kind of beverage/food/ice cream you would like, and they politely state the total cost. Of course, this entire process can be further streamlined with an easy to use drive-through system, allowing you to conduct the entire transaction from the comfort of your motor vehicle.

The fun begins after you pay for your products and are waiting for the merchandise in return. This is where the true wit and charm of this particular Dunkin really shines through. The attendant will, with a radiating smirk on his face, hand you a beverage while stating that it is the exact opposite of what you ordered.

Words cannot express the joy you get visiting this Dunkin. If you are touring the greater South Holland, IL area you would be foolhardy to not pay this place a visit.

My favorite go to for coffee. Everyone is personable and strive for customer satisfaction. Comfortable environment to enjoy coffee anytime of the day

Yummy flavors and a bunch of variety in donuts and other sweets! They sell hot beverages like hot cocoa during the winter and coffee year round. They also offer small meals so you can always pick up some breakfast here before work to wake you up. Their food could be a bit better in my opinion but the actual desserts are delicious! Try the vanilla long johns :)

Only 2 employees when walked in, someone called off and employee left thus leaving the one employee on his own. always seems to lack emplotees. But customer service was great from the guy
