    Friendly staff. Parking is a bit hard to find before 5 pm. Clean and decent fast food.

    By far the best Jimmy John's I have been too. Always clean everyone is friendly. Arlington heights may have 3 locations but I always choose this one.

    Such great service! I ordered the #12 without turkey & one of the guys went out of his way to call me and let me know that they have the exact same sandwich I want without turkey but for a dollar cheaper! I’ve only ever had one person do this. And it was at the same jimmy johns. It’s probably the same guy. I’m so impressed!
