“I rarely write reviews but i wanted to review this place because of my memorably great experience. 1.) restaurant cleanliness: from the moment you walk into the door, you can tell the restaurant is cleaned well. It almost shined when you walked inside. Yes, i know it’s a newer location but still above and beyond what I’ve seen. The line is very clean as well and kept neat. 2.) food: the food looked fresh and very appetizing. I got a bowl with both spicy chicken and steak. The meat was warm and the ingredients were fresh. I love BIBIBOP always but the food here looked especially well prepared/made. 3.) the staff: from the moment i walked into the door, i was greeted by the staff. The employee who was working on another order quickly acknowledged me with a smile on her face. I had an extra request (extra sauce) after i was already rang up and she happily provided the sauce. Everyone was so friendly and it was an incredibly pleasant experience, especially compared to other locations. This location is a little more out of the way but i will happily drive out of my way every time to visit this location whenever i am craving BIBIBOP!”

“Food was absolutely great! As an appetizer, I got the Wagyu-Veal Meatballs. Those were tasty, however pricey for only 3 meatballs. For dinner, I got the hand stretched Pepperoni pizza and the Prosciutto & Fig pizza. The pizzas are definitely the stars. Everything was amazing from the dough to the toppings. I am definitely coming back here. It is also beautiful inside. They did a great job designing the space. It lives up to being an upscale pizza place!”

“Ate here for the first time - outside dining in downtown Arlington Heights is a great experience. We were seated right away at 6 pm on a gorgeous Sunday summer night. Server was fine - didn’t check on us very often or offer anything beyond adequate but we never had to chase him down. Had the meatball & ricotta appetizer (yummy) - my husband had a thin sausage & mushroom pizza & I had Pizza Nova Mia Moglie (thinner & olive oil base with spinach, garlic, mozzarella and ricotta with fresh diced tomatoes. We prefer our pizzas a little crispier but both were yummy.”

I order egg hakka noodles (which was not in their menu, but obviously could be made), looks like they are newly opened, they were very respectful. I found the food to be decently good, but surely better than other Indo-chinese I have tried in Chicago. It's not very spicy (which is what I liked) but others may easily find themselves wanting more hot and spice after eating. Overall I was satisfied with the food and may go back again sometime. P.S. thankfully I was able to use their $5 promotional offer, which made the food even more worthy.”

“First time trying this place and was not disappointed. Finally nice to have good BBQ a couple miles away. Ordered lunch for the family for about $40 including an appetizer of mozzarella sticks. I will say I was fully satisfied. Prices were about right for what we ordered, and had more than enough food. Brisket and pulled pork were excellent. Also had corn bread and Mac and cheese, which were also very good. Kids loved the Mac and cheese. I did pick up on Saturday for lunch with only a 10min wait. When I went inside I was greeted by the cashier with a smile. Inside was clean and very spacious. Will have to bring the family for dinner next time. Highly recommend this place for BBQ. Will be back again that is for sure. Make sure to use the local flavor coupons as well. Can't wait to try something new next time I go!”

“My family & I were driving home and my brother noticed this new place and we decided to try it out. When we walked in the place is very clean and friendly. We saw Chicken Tikka and Paneer Tikka on the menu and we got excited. We ordered 4 pizzas, 2 were build your own & 2 were from their set menu with more toppings added on. The crust was so delicious and crispy! They hand tossed the dough in front of us and we got to add any toppings we wanted. It was very flavorful and crispy and cheesy. Was a perfect pizza night. The owner was very friendly and caring. He made sure we enjoyed our pizza and time there. The ice cream after was the perfect dessert to walk out with. I’ll be definitely coming back here again! My favorites are the Nashville hot chicken and the grilled chicken wings. During our last visit, the place was packed, but we managed to find outdoor seating and enjoyed a few drinks. However, the long line for food forced us to find an alternative dining option across the street. Overall, it's a great spot for beer lovers. The outdoor patio is particularly lovely during the summer.”

Our custards were ready pretty quickly but I wish they had some type of numbering system as others had ordered the same type of custard so it’s hard to tell whose it is. Medium seems to be the most popular size too. The only thing to improve on are the mixing. I ordered two mix-ins and my two mix-ins were literally separated into the top and bottom half….”
