Often good food, but some issues I have are:
1) Meat and cheese are cold on breakfast sandwiches (even though the bun and egg are hot). Probably a Panera franchise issue, but still annoying that I have to go and use the microwave before I eat.

2) NOISY! and I don't mean the customers. The business phone (and/or food alarms?) ring and no one answers. It rings incessantly, and excessively loud, for 15-20 times before the person hangs up or an employee answers. AND if you sit anywhere within a 20-foot radius of the pick up counter, you have to listen to the constant buzzing of the pick up buzzer until it shuts off after 2 minutes. But then the next customer comes and you have to be interrupted again. Not conducive to getting any work in.

My experiences here have always been positive. I've even had staff walk my food out for me since I use a cane and it's tough to carry for and walk at the same time. As you are eating, if they see garbage to the side of the table, they will ask if they can take it for you. They don't rush you...I've had long lunch meetings there and felt comfortable. The bathroom could use a deep clean....it's not horrible, but the corners and so on need a good scrub.
