The food is delicious. The owners are serious about using quality ingredients and providing tasty and healthy food. Don’t confuse other “healthy” options with this cafe. I had the tuna wrap and it was fantastic. All of the ingredients blended nicely and nothing was overpowering. The wrap was fresh and not soggy which is a great accomplishment with a tuna wrap.

Delicious Healthy Balanced prepared meals.
They will prepare your meals for the whole week, or drop by to grab lunch for that day. Their shrimp tacos have me driving almost an hour to get them on Taco Tuesdays ;-)
They also offer catering for holidays, or any events you need.

I love this place, food is amazing, healthy and balanced. I don’t know exactly what my body needs when it comes to nutrition and finally I found company that takes care of that. Also the owner is really passionate and knowledgeable. 10/10
