The beef curry ramen was absolutely delicious. Full of flavor and hearty. I could have easily made three meals with the large portion they provided. Highly recommend.
I’ve been here countless times, they know me at this point. Funnily Somehow I realized I haven't written a review so here I am. This placehad been nothing but phenomenal each and EVERY time I've been. They never miss. Every bowl is perfection. Mabo Tofu is an absolute favorite!
I used to go their original location in Des Plaines until this opened and might I say, this surpass the original.
The Ramen I had here, Spicy Vegetable Ramen, was absolutely fantastic. The spice was just right for me, and the flavors were delicious. It was incredibly filling - I considered taking half of it home, so if you’re concerned about getting enough for the price, you don’t need to worry.
The atmosphere is nice, though we did go during a slow time, and the staff was courteous.
In short, I loved it and plan on returning- especially when the weather gets cold. It’s a perfect fall or winter meal.
I’ve already been here twice and they just opened this month. Very clean place with great vibes. Everyone says hello to you when you enter and everyone says goodbye when you leave. I’ve only tried the beef curry ramen so I will only speak on that. ITS AMAZING. I would recommend getting the spice level 2 and working your way up from there. The presentation, the flavors, the noodles, the curry. The absolute delight that this dish is cannot possibly be properly described. One thing though- the beef is very fatty. All of it. So the second time around I got it without.
It is very reminiscent to me of a Pakistani dish called Nihari (which if you know you know). So yes try it, you are going to love it.
Got same authentic taste from their other restaurants in the greater chicago area.
We tried White miso with chicken meat and Chicken Ramen with no meat. We also tried Japanese calamari for appetizers and it was great.
Love their interiors and service, great tasty Ramen in the town that can’t be compared to.
Thank you Chicago Ramen and so happy you are closer to where we live now.
