Love the taste of the new “Beyond Meat” plant based sausage breakfast sandwich. I tried the on-the-go ordering feature on my Dunkin’ app and went straight to the pickup area where I saw my name on the screen telling me my order was ready. Love the decorations, the store feels like Christmas! Glad this new style Dunkin’ is in the neighborhood. Oaklawn runs on Dunkin’!”

“Cooper's Hawk was an A+ again today! There was a small snafu and we waited awhile before a server came to our table. The manager, Deanna, came over right away and offered us a comped treat to smooth the waters... how classy! “Couldn't be better. I try to stop here every couple weeks when I'm in the area. The lady who manages is probably the franchise owner by the hospitality and attention to details. I think I like it better than five guys for about same price. I can get burger exactly how I want; grilled onions and mushrooms with Swiss, and on a platter, not a self serve greasy bag. Not knocking guys. Its just different. Nice chill vibe. Overlooks the Coopers hawk water feature; outdoor seating too. Wish there was one in South Loop, but really good burger and fries is more an occasional indulgence.”

“I absolutely love Chipotle (like everyone else ????) but tonight's trip was extra special. I have a serious avocado allergy so when I order I always ask the employees to change their gloves for me. Tonight I had the pleasure to order from Taylor. Not only did she wash her hands, she made sure she was food safe all the way through the line and even pulled cheese from the back fridge to make sure nothing was contaminated. Beyond that she was incredibly sweet about it all and didn't make me feel like a nuisance. Having a food allergy can make ordering at restaurants scary and frustrating but Taylor made me feel welcome and valued. Thanks girl!!”

Only down side is they only sell chicken and the only dipping sauce available is their signature can sauce (which is pretty good). However, due to the lack of variety, it's best to only go there with your chicken loving-friends that don't mind dipping their chicken in something other than BBQ.”

“I had formally given a rave review, but with the service today & past couple of times, I'm not so sure anymore. I stopped in for a large ice coffee easy ice (pistachio, my newest favorite!) The girl brought me a medium. I then asked if she could replace it with a large, I wasn't mean or rude, I was just wanting what I ordered. What a mean trick she then pulled on me! She brings back the coffee in a large cup jam PACKED with ice, so I'm sure she just poured the medium that she orginally gave me in a large cup. There was so much ice, she probably had to pour some out to fit it in the large cup! This really brings down my estimation of their service, which seems to have gone down hill lately. I should have asked for the manager then & there, but was in a hurry. This was my former review, I'll try them a few more times & hope the quality of service goes back up: Love the coffee & the service here. The newest flavor is butter pecan, and it is so good that I may have to need one every day! Also, they give you a punch card & after purchasing 9 large coffee's you get one free! Great place!”
