“I started coming to The Mill when it first opened. I'm not gonna lie, the food and service was not very good. The menu wasn't fully available and getting a server to come away from the server station and their co-worker convo was annoying. I figured the wait would be worth it for the food, but was mistaken and a bit let down. It was suggested by others to "try out the"The Mill" for s meal and I would kindly decline. Fast forward one year, I hear a bartender I really liked from another bar was now working at "The Mill" So, I suggested to go and try the Mill for Drinks. We had a great time and Janelle was serving. Janelle suggested we come back another time for food. I trust her, so I drug my boyfriend the following weekend. We were served by Taylor, our favorite server from another bar. We were pleasantly surprised. I had the Adult Grilled Cheese, and he the Wisconsin burger (they have the really good battered fries). He still raves on that burger. And I thought mine was actually pretty good too! We've trickled back ever since. We see more and more people we know and it's warming to be greeted with a rousing "Hello" when we come in. They see it's us, and get greeted again by name. It's comfortable here and I'm really liking it here more and more. Looking forward to all the NEW things happening here. “Ordered a medium fry and a medium Cajun Fry. $13.00 no biggie for great food right? Fries were amazing. Especially the Cajun Rated 4 stars because the fifth guy, the fry guy, must have been off of work. For the first time in our Five Guys experiences, we made it home and not a grease stain on the bag. Open the bag to find the fries flush with the cup. Not a single one in the bottom of the bag. Typically Five Guys does me better. We even had tipped at the counter. Ya'll did us dirty.”

“Marissa was wonderful karaoke was great. Shawn the dj is awesome. Marissa helped guide us with the self serve tap and told us which apps were half off for Friday nights and she was all around kind and awesome. This was my family and I first time here and we loved it. We spent 160 on 4 apps 3 bison burgers and maybe a quarter of a dozen beers mixed drinks n shots between the three of us and it rocked. I can’t wait to try this pickle thing”

“Quickie Subs has fast become one of our favorites. Owners (on staff) and employees, without exception, are wonderfully helpful and always happy to see you. My wife and I like to try different things and we are always offered multiple options and have yet to not like something. We’ve tried several subs, soup, and even a salad. Wanting to try the shakes but even after splitting a sub, we don’t have room! You won’t leave hungry! Entire restaurant including tables and chairs have always been clean. Condiments plentiful and good music in the background. The atmosphere is perfect: welcoming and casual. Food is prepared/cooked to order and delicious. Every time we’ve eaten there, halfway through the meal, even while talking to the staff, we’re asked how it is and if we need anything else. Attention to quality and service is second to none. We love going to places that appreciate having us and we love Quickie Subs!”

“The Dude abides... Wrapping up a trip to Bloomington with Keg Grove was a great end point to a day trip. A coworker who used to live in Bloomington suggested this place and since they had fruity beer, it took no convincing Emily to swing by there with me. We walked in and it was packed. There was a retirement party going on that kept the single bartender busy with not just them but also slinging drinks behind the bar. We didn't have to wait too long to grab my beer and Emily's flight. We took a seat over by the sweet The Big Lebowski beer tanks. That's right, the beer tanks had Donny, Walter and The Dude from The Big Lebowski on it. I included a photo of the tanks below. I'm not a diehard fan of the movie but I can appreciate this homage for what it is. After being a bit let down at Lil Beaver Brewery, Keg Grove hit it home. The beers we ordered were exactly was we expected them to taste like based on their names. Mine was a Holey Jeans (blueberry wheat) and Emily's flight was Holey Jeans, Cotton Dress Pants (peach wheat), Keg Grove Cream Ale, and Cupcheck (pilsner). Emily and I really liked the Holey Jeans and she especially liked the Cotton Dress. Since I was driving, I stuck to just the one beer but Emily grabbed a coozie, a 16 oz. Cotton Dress, we both grabbed some stickers and a magnet and headed outside. While she was enjoying her last beer before we left, it started pouring down. Everyone booked it inside but we stood under the canopy to avoid the loud crowd inside. My only issue with Keg Grove was the single bartender. Not sure if it was busier than normal but for a Friday and a retirement party booking the upstairs area, I feel like they should've had two working. But I will say that the one working was very peppy and was slinging drinks without seemingly stressing out. Until next time Donny, Walter and The Dude.”

“Due South Restaurant is a nice place to eat with a beautiful view of the Ohio River, overlooking Kentucky. There will be a bar inside soon. They are still remodeling but they are open for operation when we visited 07/12/2024. The pulled pork was delicious. Seating was nice and they will soon have seating out on a patio with a nice view of the river. Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was nice. The price was about $10-$15 per person for a meal. Options for racks of ribs for $15 - $20. There are camp sites for $30 per night, rooms for $100 and cabins for $150 per night. The campground outside looks well kept. We will definitely be visiting this location again soon. It has a lot of potential.”

“Arctic Wolf is an awesome neighborhood gem! We have been here twice so far - the first time was on opening weekend where we were invited to try the food, and let me tell you - everything we had was amazing. We had the mozzarella logs with the marinara and berry sauce, the Boom Boom shrimp appetizer and I had the burger wrap. It was all spectacular. I just brought my Dad in for an early Father’s Day lunch today and was super excited for him to try the food because my dad LOVES Smash Burgers and considers himself to be quite the aficionado of Burgers (and he is a super picky eater). He was absolutely impressed with not only the Burger but he also loved the Cole slaw and the sweet potato fries. He gave 5 stars! He thanked me profusely for the awesome Father’s Day lunch. “Greeted by friendly staff, place was clean and welcoming. Ordered tacos, torta and a kids cheese burger - All tasty and satisfying. Asked for my Sugar Rimmed Margarita and it was on point - Right amount of ice and liquor. They also have a TV playing music/music videos - not only did it entertained my kids, but I was also enjoying the Spanish music the whole time. There's a playground right by the restaurant too. Tableside salsa and guacamole went well with chips and everything ♡ The boys had Margaritas and one tasted like 'another' as they say. Our waiter was friendly and we had a Tucson connection. It's a small world when you're welcoming and friendly ♡ Let's keep our local business' welcoming and familiar ❤️ We wanted to sit on the patio, but it was still wet from the rain, but we had a nice table in the restaurant and as I said the waiter, Jonathan was THE BEST ❤️ THE Burritos are huge ! The tacos are yummy and I love their black beans! I'll have to go back next time I'm in town.”
