Quick service, friendly staff and they get the order right every time

It is very hit and miss. I've noticed my order is wrong about 60% of the time. Weather stuff is left out or off (like ordering supreme and paying for it, just to find out it isn't). When I go inside, I find several people working yet no one paying attention to the counter to actually take an order. I understand They may be busy, but if I go inside and there is no line in the drive thru and only one other person in the restaurant, I'd expect to have my order taken immediately. Plus, I have often been given a difficult time when I try to return/exchange incorrect orders. This isn't specific to this TB, but to TB in general.

This place is relatively new but the employees are always great. Drive thru orders always 100% correct the only issue is when you order inside with the kiosk and they tend to forget the drink. Other than that I come here all the time and enjoy every visit.
