Food is great, the staff is great too. I actually tried ordering a meal with 2 sides instead of a full meal. This wouldve cost me at least 6 extra dollars or so, which our waitress told me and saved me the money. She got a nice tip for being so helpful. Also the food is fantastic and the environment itself is really nice.
Great food, atmosphere, and people! Family friendly dinning, good prices and smiles all the way around. Highly recommended and will be returning soon!
I love coming to Millie's every weekend!!
Good food, awesome well knowledge waitstaff, great atmosphere, ALWAYS BUSY... Get there early in the morning, recommendly before 9a. Between 9&noon... Usually a 10-15 minute wait!!
The food comes out to your table within 10 minutes. For a small BUSY establishment... I can't complain about the service or the food. I leave with a full belly!! ????????????????????????
Food was delicious. Kudos to the cook. However, our waiter was really nonchalant with us. Not sure if it was because we are African-American/Dominican descent. I gave Rachel a healthy tip though. I just think she should have been a little more personable. I will revisit again
Always love to stumble upon a 60 year institution. November 2019 will be their 60th anniversary, with the current family operating it for 54 years. Don't worry there's another generation poised to take the helm.
Their German Dutch Apple Baked Pancake was featured on Chicago's Best TV. I was tempted to try it, but with it being my first visit and biscuits and gravy on special, I fell prey. I wasn't disappointed! Large platter of comfort food is hard to pass up.
Old school charm and there's even a gift shop. Booths can be tricky to get out of.
