“I stopped in this morning with my granddaughters to get a doughnut. One of my granddaughters has begun to think she should drink coffee. The staff were very patient explaining the differences in coffee, latte, cappuccino and expresso. Plenty of parking. Bathroom was clean. I will go back.”

“I just had a medium cappuccino, but the service let me tell you... My phone pay didn't want to work the counter lady was nice and patient while I figured it out. I finally got it to work and she was so kind telling me not to worry it was the technology, lol. There is a new donut flavor and she gave me a taste to break the ice. Such a nice lady I wish I took her name. I will definitely be returning, because the service was great.”

“Always liked Panera but the lack of employees is starting to show. Tables not wiped down. Coffee cold or watered down. Prices seem high enough that they could add another staff member. The organization of the table delivery is great but when the portions have been cut in half (salads) and prices went up its frustrating. The senior staff that is running the front is the best and what keeps me going back.”

“When Cold Stone Creamery moved last year from upstairs near the escalator down to the food court we didn't know that it was there. And the major reason why we didn't know where it was, we could no longer smell the wonderful odor of the cones and ingredients we would always smell walking around the mall. It may be a little bit pricey for an ice cream cone or bowl but it is so worth it!!!! The fresh ingredients mixed together on that marble slab, it's nothing short of perfect! If you haven't already had one then go get one!!”
