The quality of food is beyond outstanding. Service and atmosphere were also top notch.
It was not overly crowded for sa Saturday night when Gia Mia and burger social had 1-2 hour waits. I love all 3 places but moveable feast seems the best quality food to me.
I think for M Feast needs to increase traffic and I’d recommend the following:
Hours: This place is currently closed Sunday and Monday and closes at 7pm tues-thurs.
Open for Sunday brunch . Push Wednesday and Thursday dinner hours until 9.
Kids menu. Not having a kids menu is a turn off to families which is the majority of Wheaton. We had our kids with us and felt very comfortable but I think a lot of folks might pass thinking it is not a kid friend my place. Per adding kids options....It does not have to be significant perhaps a fancy grilled cheese and mini burger and that’s it.

I picked up an order for DoorDash from here. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I am looking forward to going back to receive the whole experience and to enjoy the food that smelled amazing that I picked up.
The menu is fresh and thoughtfully crafted. As far as the prices, yes, it maybe feels a bit higher than surrounding area, but you are paying for mindfully curated ingredients more so than your average restaurant meal. The turkey sandwich felt elevated and unique, but perhaps could have done with less turkey and more toppings. The cut of the fries was a bit off in my opinion as the ratio of potato to crust was heavy on the potato leading to a rather dry fry. However, there are as many opinions about fries as there are ways to make them so take that with a grain of salt--I'm sure other people like them this way. The artichoke aioli was a bright spot and did help balance some of the dryness. The portion of fries that comes with the sandwich is quite small which is notable and I can't comment as to weather or not the "Add On" portion is the same for $6. The Figgy Green Salad was nicely mixed rather than carelessly piled together and was perfectly dressed--not too much nor too little of anything.
To what was said about the coffee mugs, yes, the handles are totally ridiculous. Rather than enhancing the experience into something unique, it instead proved a frustrating way to consume a "cappuccino" (which--sorry, I'm even annoyed at myself for sounding pretentious--was really a latte).
Our service was friendly, but extremely slow even though the restaurant was quite empty. We were in the restaurant about 35 minutes before we were actually eating (we ordered drinks the first time the waitress came and food the second time without ever asking for more time to look over the menu). I don't believe this was the fault of our waitress as she was quite attentive whenever we did request something (salt+pepper, more water), but an unknown, behind the scenes factor.
The atmosphere here is really great for fostering conversation--well lit, tables spaced far enough to hear the conversation going on at your own table, etc. Those things can feel hard to come by sometimes, so such a relaxed environment to eat upscale food is a strong point of difference for Moveable Feast.
Overall, though not 100% impressed, I would try eating here again because of the thoughtfulness of the food. If they had a larger assortment of small plates, I could definitely see myself enjoying coming with friends regularly.
Wow! We had the tandoori chicken bowl and the sweet potato cakes and they were both fabulous! I thought the prices were a little high, but the quality of the food, the different flavors and textures was so worth it. Thank you!
My new favorite place!!!
Absolutely beautiful!
Delicious food that is fresh and stunning in appearance! A wonderful spot for coffee, tea, a quick healthy snack, a drink, or a dine-in meal! Go to Moveable, I promise you will not regret it!
