    I live in Dekalb, IL, and I visit this Harold's at least once a month. Chicken is always fresh and hot. The people has always been courteous to me and my family.

    Food is great I'm not sure why so many bad reviews about customer service, any true Harold's connoisseur knows what to expect. This is a chicken shack not a 5 star restaurant. Chicken tastes great! Impressed actually, seeing as though I was skeptic because this is a suburban location. Definitely worth a try!

    I enjoyed it. The people that worked there were nice and the food came out quick. I got the large catfish and it was good. Not my favorite fries but not terrible either. I will be going back.
