American Sale - Naperville

We bought our pool for American Sale in Naperville in the fall. Shane Tolbert has been our sales rep, and he has walked us through the process and helped us with the steps for the installation. He has been very prompt with response time and make the process easy for us. Especially since we are first time pool installers. Thank you Shane

Purchased a playset from American Sale, and had them deliver and install it. The team was sick, efficient, and extremely friendly. My kids and their cousins excitedly watched from the windows and the guys waved to them, which made it even better for the kids. Would definitely recommend.

Shane was wonderful and so was American sale. Everybody worked with me and helped me with my hot tub, It was a great price also.

Love my patio furniture! I had an issue with getting replacement parts, but they finally arrived and all is good. I have to say that Customer Service worked very hard to resolve my issue -- which is all you can hope for. Again, my furniture quality is great and I will enjoy my items for many many years.

Decent selection of trees/seasonal items, though anything but big ticket items are cheap off-brand makes. Moreover, the entire store smells like melted plastic and I can never shop for more than 15 minutes because of the fumes. I'm not sure if it's because they run hot-tubs indoors or what, but I genuinely worry about the health of the employees who breathe it in all day.
