Gemato's Wood Pit BBQ Naperville

My family loves this place. We used to visit fairly frequently when we lived closer, but come as often as we can now that it is a bit of a drive for us. Delicious ribs, gyros, and more. Never disappointed.

This place has been consistently very good fast food for decades! The BBQ ribs, gyros and chicken gyros are favorites of mine, but they are only second to their Greek Potatoes -- SO good are those! They have a few very good beers on tap, plus bottles and cans of others. Overall, and for the price range, you can't go wrong here.

Fall off the bone tender ribs! One of the best BBQ sauces out there!! I also recommend to get the baked beans as one of your sides. I've been eating here for closer to two decades, and I can honestly say that I can NOT recall a disappointed visit.

Always delicious, no matter what you order. This time, I had a pulled pork sandwich (awesome), my husband had ribs (truly fall off the bone) and roast chicken (so moist, excellent seasoning). Their BBQ sauce is great! Owners and staff make us feel welcome and appreciated every time we visit.

Good Bar-B-Que for lunch or dinner. Portions are generous for the price. My favorite lunch combo is the pulled pork. It comes with fries or soup. The soup is different every day with chili being standard. Good soups that are not too salty. Sandwich, soup, and soda is about 12 bucks. Guys I go to lunch with think they have the best chicken gyro around. I can't eat that much but others have had the ribs and liked them as well. Burgers are okay. Brisket is yummy, but a tad dry for me. Stop in and try it if you're in the neighborhood.
