Brick House Tavern + Tap

Had a company party here. Food was excellent! Drinks were great and our server Jessica was tremendous. She did such a good job with our table, she was very attentive and kept in good contact with us to make sure we were all doing ok, gave us anything we need and had great conversations with her. She’s a gem. Thanks again for a memorable party!!!!

I went for lunch on a Thursday, there wasn't a wait and we were seated immediately. The set up instead is nice. The tables are not on top of each other and the chairs are small couches. Our waiter was very nice and attentive, but not overly attentive. The food was good. I ordered a bison burger and it was reasonably priced, but just a little salty. Still edible though. But over all it was good

I love this place and the ambiance. Steak was cook correctly to medium. The zombie is my favorite drink on their menu. When you're limited to two then you know it's worth it. Never a bad thing I can say about this place. Perfect for any and all occasions.

I’ve been to this Brick House in Downers Grove, IL twice now while on business. Each time was a delight!

You walk inside and the place is spacious. To the left is the bar and that’s where I sat during each visit.

Upon entering I was greeted immediately. I told the hostess I would sit at the bar. The bartender, though relatively busy, took my drink order just about as soon as I sat down. My beer and the menu arrived very promptly.

During each visit, I found the bartenders to be extremely cordial. They took appropriate moments to chat while providing excellent service to myself and others at the bar.

I was happy that they courteously offered small tastes of the on-tap brews to help in my beverage decision making.

The food that I ordered arrived quickly each time and were quality dishes. The presentation was appetizing and each dish tasted damn good!

I greatly enjoyed each of my visits to the Brick House and will gladly stop by again to spend some time and money!
