Miller's Ale House - Chicago Lombard

The Signature Dish Capt. Jack’s Buried Treasure® dessert was AWESOME. The rest of our meal left something to be desired. We decided to share the French Onion Soup which was pretty good. Then we shared a side salad with thousand island dressing. The dressing had great taste. Then we had the combo fajitas. The steak was ok, but on the first try, the chicken was super rubbery.
Take two of the chicken was much better. I was kind of surprised that the manager did not stop by at our table to deliver the chicken for the second time. Usually if there is something wrong with the order, the manager will at least check up on the table. We have not been in for a while, and we usually have pretty good food. Maybe today was an off day.

Love their food and the wait staff is always courteous, and attentive without being pushy. We've had dinner her multiple times and everything we've ordered was tasty. From their starters like pot stickers and spinach dip to soups and salads, to burgers, nachos definitely a shareable dish, to pastas, surf and turfs, fajitas and so much more all are a great choice. They have a lot of choices for the kids menu as well. My one complaint was the kids pasta had a little bit of a kick to it. I liked it but our 3 year old said it was spicy and his older sister agreed. Thankfully they had no problem switching it out for Mac and cheese instead. FYI Tuesday night kids eat free with a paying adult. I've actually missed their food lately...guess we'll have to be planning a trip there soon

I judge a true 5 star business on how they handle errors or mistakes. Millers handled a minor issue flawlessly. I arrived to pick up my to go order and unfortunately it never got put into the kitchen. No big deal I’m not in a hurry so I just chill out and wait. Well, the manager, (Anastasia?) came to me without me having to ask. She not only apologized, but gave me a gift card for next time. That’s excellent customer service and I’ll be back with everyone I know. Carter, the clerk for pickups even offered me a soda while I waited.

Oh the food, shockingly delicious for a popular bar. It’s a full service restaurant with a menu of items they specialize in and no fluff. You won’t regret a visit for some food and drinks.

This place is pretty awesome. I've come here multiple times and I've always had great service. The food is amazing too. There are a lot of options for food and beer. My wife and I love coming here.

A delightful pub/restaurant that is great for families as well as just adults. A great selection of beers and seasoned bartenders there to serve you what you desire. The kitchen provides well prepared food from appetizers to desserts with a large and varied selections. There are daily lunch specials during the week as well as $5 late night appetizers. The staff and managers are knowledgeable and pride themselves on great customer service. Makes sure to experience Miller's for your yourself.
