Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse

Was there for a work function, food was exquisite. Crabcakes out of this world. Prime rib was succulent and the lamb chops were of the chain. Drink selection could be better!

Good food, fast and friendly service.

Desserts are huge portions. We ordered a Macadamia Turtle to be shared between two of us, and it was large enough to be shared by at least six. They kindly packed it to go.

The Old Fashioned was well made.

Tremendously good food, the quality is beyond this world. Cocktails are perfectly mixed with just the right amount of everything. I high recommend this place to anyone looking for the proper ambiance as well as food to enjoy an evening out with their significant other or family/friends.

We had a bridal shower at Gibson's in Oak Brook yesterday and couldn't be happier with the service, delicious food and beautiful accommodations. We planned a "Winter" feel for our shower. The room we had was full of windows and with the recent snowfall it couldn't have been more perfect! The wait staff was so helpful and accommodating. Anytime they saw we were in need of something they were right there. They even helped us put the shower favors together and put them at each place setting! I would definitely recommend Gibson's for any party you are planning or for an evening out to dinner! You won't be disappointed!

Arrived with no reservation about an hour and 15 minutes before close on a Sunday. Enjoyed immediate seating, great service, main course and desert with no rush. The dining room was abound with people enjoying the company of their party. I ordered the Chicago cut and although not up to the memory of the Dallas Chop House in Dallas Texas, still an exceptional cut of meat.
