RH Rooftop Restaurant Oak Brook

I’ve had a mix set of experiences. My first time there the service was phenomenal! But more recently the service was “clunky”

The staff neglected to bring our drinks out in time. We never got new silverware after they took our first set. Lastly, the server rushed to get the check to our table even before desert came out.

Despite this, the food is yummy and delicious while being over priced (but I guess it’s RH). Comparably RL is much better service and a much better price for each menu item.

Beautiful venue and great staff. Our waitress, I believe her name was Jocelyn, knew the menu inside-and-out and took good care of us. Great photo spot too.

I had dinner with a very good friend and we had a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful setting and it is dining as we knew before pandemic. John, who provided our service could not be more accommodating. He was such a gentleman and and very knowledgeable about the menu. Recommend the salmon. Perfectly cooked.

Was definitely a great experience. The store is amazing. The outside terrace is beautiful. Also the outside terrace on the rooftop is even more beautiful. The landscaping around the building is very Is well groomed and taking care of.

Let's get to the food it was amazing. The waiter that we had was spectacular he knew the whole menu inside and out and everything about it.

I came here with two of my girlfriends for dinner to celebrate our new careers and we had the most wonderful experience! Ethan, our server, made the best recommendations across the board from wines to entrees and was especially kind to all of us. The ambiance is truly unmatched and even better than the Chicago location. Between us, we had the shaved ribeye sandwich, half chicken, and Caesar salad. While quite expensive, we all loved our meals. For wine, Ethan rec’d the Hourglass (a delicious red blend) and the the Hartford Court (a lovely oaky white). We also shared the cookies for dessert (need the recipe) and a salted caramel cappuccino as a night cap. We had such a lovely experience we immediately booked ourselves for brunch. Definitely check this RH restaurant location out as you will not be disappointed!
