El Patron Pizza and Grill

I have met most iterations of this restaurant in Burlington. Hands down, El Patron, to me, is the best version of this corner restaurant.
A husband and wife team, that treat you like family when you come in.
Their food is always fresh and hot, with consitant service with some handsone smiles and their food variety is great!
Their burgers are juicy, the chorizo egg rolls are better than any Italian beef ones you'll find anywhere in the area. The pizzas are perfectly crispy and cheesy, and if you can handle the heat, their signature pizza the El Patron will add fire to your step!!

This place has really really good food at prices low enough for me to feed ththe entire family without killing my wallet. Their burger special on Sundays and pizza specials on Sun, Mon, and Tues are REALLY great values. We recommend this place to everybody.

One word - DELICIOUS!! We had been meaning to try their food for a while - it’s just a little bit of a drive. We arrived and were apologized to profusely as something happened to the pizza. They were in the process of making a new one and offered to deliver it. No biggie - things happen - we waited. About 10 mins later received our food - they gave us complimentary fries and a voucher for a free pizza! We would never expect something like that. We had jalapeño poppers, the el patron pizza and ordered a side of the habanero sauce (it was amazing w the fries!!) Their prices are the best in the area too! If I were to order the same pizza from Rosatis - it would have been close to double the cost! We will be back!

Love the food! My husband and I live in town so we've visited a fair number of times. The workers are always super nice and the food is great! We really appreciate the affordable regular specials and honestly the portions are always big. You're not going to get a teensy tiny McDonald's hamburger-sized burger. You're going to get a large bun, a good-sized patty, and no skimping on the toppings. Fries? Full serving. Pizza? Good crust and enough to share with family or friends or for leftovers. I absolutely love the unique eggrolls too.
I do not like chorizo. But..............I got the burger with chorizo AND the chorizo eggrolls on my last order and they were both awesome.
My point being: they have really good food, they have really good prices, they have really good specials, and the workers are really nice.
I saw some people whining in their review that they aren't always open strict hours and you know what? This is a restaurant serving the local community, run by the owners and not a bunch of hired staff. I don't think normal people are bothered if their hours change a bit to reflect their needs and/or how busy it is. if you're soooo worried about it, call ahead and place your order like any reasonable person would AND then it will even be ready when you get there. Win win!

The food was delicious. We had pizza and wings. We'll definitely be back to try the Italian beef egg rolls. The atmosphere was ok. The place was clean and the server was very friendly.
