Alchemist

Found this little spot by accident. I'll address the food first. We only had the raw oysters, and I would say they were average. Tequila selection is one of the best in the area. They even have a few that are hard to find. The bartenders were great and had good knowledge of the drinks and liquor that they offer. I loved the atmosphere overall, and the bar is beautiful. Will definitely return to try some more food and indulge in more great Tequila.

Alchemist is an up-and-coming craft cocktail bar with eclectic accompaniment food choices. I am a mixologist, and the mixologists at Alchemist are the real deal. It will be hard-pressed to find such knowledgeable mixologists anywhere in a place like Geneva.

For food recommendations, Katherine and I recommend the Panzella steak salad and the Ahi Tuna Crudo.

Thankfully, as the name suggests, alchemist has a fine repertoire of finer spirits.

If there is a craft cocktail not on the menu, the talented, mixologists are equipped and ready to make a drink that’s nuanced to your liking.

We had the absolute BEST Sunday lunch at this spot. Very cozy. Informative and kind staff, beautiful indoor spot and bar but even better patio. Best way to spend a Sunday with the dog!
