    I read all reviews and was not sure to order from them for a party. I called and talked to the general manager and she was very nice. I went to pick up my order and the general manager was there and she greeted me when I walked in and hand picked my order herself. I know they have a lot of young employees and I think they just need a change. There is always a learning curve and I think they will get better with time. I would for sure go back to this location.
