    Usually love Portillo's but I decided to give the Italian beef a break and went for the ribs. Not. Good. At. All. The fat was too tough to remove from the meat and the sauce was awful. Next time I'm back to my usual Italian beef!

    Joline the manager is such a sweet heart walking around asking how everyone is. Made the food and experiance amazing. Wish some of the cashiers gave the same service.

    Great Chicago style food! It gets a bit loud, but this place is well worth your visit. Food is reasonably priced, my recommendation is Italian beef sandwich and Maxwell Polish Hot dogs. Friendly staff and overall recommended. Easy access from the street.

    I have been going here for the last 10 years and am still amazed at how great the food is. The staff are always friendly and joyful. They get your food pretty quick too. So overall great for the family and will make you want to go back.

    Dining area was clean and our ticket was called pretty quickly. I especially like the small bar area where you can get a large drink for maybe $5-$6. Cheese fries and hot dogs same as I remember them 20 years ago. Go here if you are in the area!
