The Graceful Ordinary

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! We just moved into the area from Chicago where we’ve had our fair share of excellent dining experiences and this was such a breath of fresh air. The design is impeccable, the service felt was wonderful - true hospitality feel and the food was impressive. Get the butterscotch for dessert. You will NOT be disappointed. We made reservations and while we were seated 45 minutes past that time, we remained patience because it was their opening night and we knew everyone was working hard to meet the demand of a busy evening. It was a full house and we loved seeing the buzz of it all.

This place is magic. The atmosphere is beautiful. The staff are extremely attentive and fun. The food is unbelievable! Have been waiting to come! Can not recommend enough! Great date night location.

This place is an amazing addition to St. Charles. We had drinks at the bar before dinner and the Cocktails were delicious! My husband is still talking about his (I believe it was the Field Trip). Our service was wonderful as was our meal (oysters, ribeye, salmon, brussel sprouts and the Irish cream cheesecake...we enjoyed/recommend them all). We are eager to go back and try other menu options. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate to enjoy the outdoor areas but it's beautifully designed and great for photo opportunities. The fireplace area looked like a fun hangout spot but it was packed by the time we finished dinner. It's all beautifully designed and a very cozy atmosphere.

Food was amazing, the staff really wanted everyone to have a good time! We had some drinks at the bar before dinner, our waitress was always there with anything we needed. After dinner we had a few more drinks in the fire place lounge, we will be back soon!! The owners are awesome, thank you!!

Absolutely stunning. From the moment you walk in, the decor, the atmosphere, the experience, and THE FOOD. The pride the chefs carry in their dishes show and I cannot wait to come back to taste more!
