Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Potbelly overall are usually very nice and clean. The sandwiches are great. This place is just OK, the food stations are usually dirty and you can see them just making your sandwich on all of the remnants of the previous sandwiches. It seems they are always out of something as well.

This is my FAV!!! This is a lunchtime staple for me and the staff at this location are ALWAYS AMAZING!!! I love the fact that they know their “regulars” and have just fun conversations while the food is being prepared. Greta food, great price, GREAT PEOPLE!!

Love all the options for sandwiches here. The baked potato soup and chili are also good and the three sizes provide nice options to fit hunger levels. Grab one of their cookies as well, can't miss there, though I prefer the chocolate.

Service was awesome. The workers today were very accommodating and able to adapt & learn about what I ordered, an Uptown Salad Sideways (meaning a toasted sandwich with all of the ingredients found in the Uptown Salad), which isn't listed on the menu. For that "saladwich", they charged me the price of the salad plus a dollar for the bread that was used. They were very attentive and worked diligently to give me their kind service with a smile. Thank you for your great service and a healthy meal to eat. Your ability to listen to a customer (me), adapt the food prep, still have no trouble with figuring out what to charge the meal as and create a great dining experience is second to none.
