“Not the swiftest crew I’ve seen at a SBUX. Placed a mobile order, walked in, it wasn’t in the mobile order area, waited, and after 5 minutes they asked my name and then gave me my order they was sitting out of sight behind the counter. And my coffee wasn’t hot. Tried them again on the next day and they got my order wrong. I asked one person and she said “it’s what’s on the sticker” and walked away. It wasn’t. Oh well.”
